Description: Tenant Improvement at Londonderry Mall for the new Service Canada location. The electrical installation for this facility has been completed to ensure a reliable and efficient energy supply. State-of-the-art lighting and energy-efficient systems have been utilized to create a welcoming and functional environment for visitors and staff alike. The new office is designed to provide a seamless experience, reflecting Service Canada’s commitment to serving the community effectively.

Description: 94,700sqft Three phase fit out of the university of Alberta’s administration offices. This building had various decorative light fixtures with a fully integrated lighting control system that provides the university employees with plenty of ways to enjoy their working environments.

Description: Tenant fit-out for a Canada Diagnostics Clinic in the Ellwood Medical centre in Ellerslie. This state of the art clinic has many specialized and detailed pieces of medical equipment.

Description: We have been involved in a substantial amount of varying sized work in BioWare’s original office building on the south side of the city. Including construction of new meetings rooms as well as renovations throughout the space and a majority of their service needs.
Job Name: GoodLife Fitness Brewery District
Contractor: Trigon
Description: With a similar idea as what was completed in Clairview, we continued working with the team at Trigon to fit-out this facility in downtown Edmonton’s iconic Brewery District. Connected to several other shops in the area, and with heated underground parking, I challenge you to find a reason not to make it out to the gym.

Description: Renovation and refacing for the main lobby in the existing Phipps McKinnon building. The existing corridor was opened up substantially as an older tenant moved out and made way for a trendy downtown coffee bar.

Description: This high end designer clothing store in City Centre Mall gave us the challenge of providing a sleek lighting system that provided the correct amount of light exposure for their change rooms and to properly optimize the look their products, along with working in a fully operational mall without disrupting other tenants.

Description: The project was completed on a very compressed schedule. One of the biggest challenges was that this space was in between 2 fully operation tenants, one of them being a radio station which meant that the noise restrictions were extremely strict.

Description: What was once the old Empire Theatre building in Clairview, was transformed into the new GoodLife Fitness. The space has your to be expected gym facilities, as well as additional spaces for a hot yoga studio, spin classes and massage chairs.
