Job Name: Oliver Exchange
Contractor: PCL
Description: The building was originally built in 1913 and used to serve as the original telephone hub for the west end of the city. All of the masonry was preserved and now adds to the rustic feeling that this iconic building has in downtown Edmonton. A portion of the second floor was opened up and transformed into a beautiful atrium while a portion of the roof was rebuilt to add in sky lighting.
Job Name: Revolution Fire Protection Office
Contractor: Revolution Fire Protection
Description: Design build interior TI where we worked directly with Revolution Fire Protection to provide a design that complimented their current office/field staff but gave them the opportunity to expand in the future. This project was completed under an extremely tight timeline and remained under budget.
Job Name: Lynnwood Centre
Contractor: PCL
Description: The existing Lynnwood Centre on the west side of the city received a facelift on this project that we did with PCL & Beljan Developments. It included new cladding around the entire face of the building as well as new decorative lighting fixtures. The existing service was also upgraded and new tenant spaces were added. We also fit out two of the tenant spaces as a design build for a new doctor’s office, and dental clinic with the same building team as the base building.

Contractor:PCL
Description: Another successful design build project that was completed with the team at PCL & Beljan Developments. This was the refacing of an existing commercial building in the Garneau community near the U of A. The building has two floors of leasable space with a heated underground parkade.
