This build consisted of strict life safety grounding & bonding of the pool areas to ensure the public stays safe as well as beautiful artistic lighting features to help the heart of Edmonton shine.
Job Name: Centennial Plaza Park Revitalization

Description: Park revitalization in heart of Edmonton. This project included the installation of custom light fixtures in several pieces of art, working in custom perforated paneling, protection of the nearby tree’s and plants, and complete coordination with the city of Edmonton to ensure a thoughtful design. This park is surely going to be a hotspot for events during the summer time in the near future!

Description: College addition in Vermillion AB. Lakeland college continues its mission of academic excellence and growth with a building upgrade to accommodate societies requirements for new classroom spaces.

Description: Construction of a new indoor pool and fitness centre added onto the existing Athabasca Multiplex. This project was bid and ran as a design assist project with Clark Builders and SMP Engineering.
Job Name: Windermere Car Wash, Bottle Depot & Registry

Description: This ground-up development included the site services as well as construction of a new bottle depot, multi-bay carwash and a registry office. All three buildings as well as the site services were completed simultaneously.

Description: Brand new fire station for the City of Edmonton. This building has been constructed to follow strict Net Zero standards as well as providing a safe space for disaster relief and protection. Some building systems include a fully covered solar panel roof, emergency generator power, lightning protection, and full site services.

Description: New two storey office building with a heated underground parkade on the south side of Edmonton. There are new site services, site lighting and a back-up generator on the roof as well.

Description: New multi-pool aquatic centre that was added onto the existing curling agrena in Barrhead. The new building was also equipped with solar panels and inverters.

Description: Expansion of an existing church on the north side of Edmonton. The new section of the building included a new multi-purpose room as well as new classrooms, and renovations to some of the existing church.
